How do I set up my email program to download my mail? Go to Email Set Up. NavalAviator.Net email is designed to be downloaded to email programs such as Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, Mac Mail, etc. This is the preferred method to conserve your online storage space. Top

How do I log in? Click Webmail on the left side bar. When asked for username, enter complete email address, for example, rogerball@navalaviator.net. If your address has a subdomain be sure to include it, such as, claraball@fa18.navalaviator.net. Top

What is www.mail2web.com? This is a commercial website that is NOT affiliated with NavalAviator.Net, Inc in any way. It was chosen because it is free and reliable. You can use your favorite search engine to find other websites where you can access your email. Top

What happened to the mail in my Inbox? When someone sends you an email it sits on the navalaviator.net server until it is downloaded or deleted. When you use a email client such as Outlook Express, your email is automatically downloaded off the server to your computer. The copy on the server is deleted. If you are using webmail, you are looking at the copy on the server. It will stay there until you delete it or log on to your home computer/laptop and download it off the server. So when you check your email through webmail you cannot see the emails that were downloaded to your personal computer. Like wise when you use your email client, the email copy is deleted off the server and you cannot view it from webmail. Top

Why do I have to sign up for a PayPal Account? Because your email is a subscription, it must be charged to a credit card annually. PayPal, a well respected online payment system, safe guards your credit card information and charges your account automatically when it is due. Unlike single payments, which do not require a PayPal account, subscriptions do. Top

How do I cancel my subscription? If you are not happy with your email service you may cancel at anytime. If you would like to cancel this subscription, log on to your email account control panel and click the Cancel Subscripton button. You will be redirected to your PayPal account and it take you directly to the cancel subscription page. You can also go directly to your PayPall Account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription. If you cancel within the first 60 days of your subscription you can get a full refund by emailing after canceling your subscription. As a courtesy, your email accounts will remain active for 30 days after cancellation. Top

Can I get more accounts? YES! Your basic subscription includes two accounts. Login to the member control panel and click Add Accounts or Show Accounts. Additional accounts beyond the included basic are available at a reduced price. Top

Can I get the same username with different subdomains? The short answer is no. In order to avoid confusion and to prevent mistakenly getting other people's email, each username is unique. Top

What is the contact email for? Your contact email is only used if there is a problem with setting up your email accounts. NavalAviator.Net has a very strict privacy policy and never uses email for any other than the stated purpose or distributes in any way. Top

How do I change my password? There are two ways. Goto the user control panel and you can change your password and your secret question. You can also change your password after you have logged into your account using webmail and clicking "Change Password."

I lost my password? If you lost your password go to Lost Password and if you answer your secret questiong, you can reset your password. If you REALLY lost your password and forgot your secret question, contact the adminstrator. Your new password will be sent to your contact email on file or to a .mil email account.
