Why are there ads for other logbook programs on your website?
I am so confident in the features in this program that I want you to check out the competition. No one understands military flying better than those that do it themselves. If you're filing out an application and want to convert First Pilot to PIC, do you know the difference between Part 1 and 61? The Naval Aviator Logbook program does and will calculate it automatically! Besides, I need the money to keep the site up.

The FlightID numbers are not in order and don’t start at 1. Can I change them?
NO! Do not
attempt to change FlightID. They are unique record identifiers which the
database uses to keep track of and link all the different pieces of the
puzzle. Attempting to change them will
totally screw up your logbook. Many of
the reports contain sortie counts if you’re trying to count your flights.

Yellow Sheet and it isn’t in my Logbook Report.
There could be two problems
(1.) Ensure that you are using complete
dates with a four digit year. The
Logbook report is sorted by Fiscal Year (Oct to Oct) then by month. Use the edit/view flight form under Input
Flight Data to see your entries. (2) The model aircraft is not listed in the
Aircraft table. The program checks for
this automatically and ask you to input missing models. You can do this manually by clicking Database
Maintenance, Clean up, Check for missing models.

My instrument flight time reports are
all messed up. The data is right in the
table.
Many reports use the clock on your
computer to calculate dates. Check your
system clock in the lower right corner of your screen. If the date is off, calculations in your reports
will be off. Also, if the dates were not
entered correctly, then the calculations will be off.

I've got blank or incomplete flights
in my Logbook report.
Blanks may appear when a record ID
was generated but no data was entered. See Delete Blank Records.

isn't filled out or is wrong when it opens in MS Word.
The link between Word and Access
may be broken. The easiest way to fix
this is to back up your data then update the program from the website.

The numbers on the Instrument Rating
Request have 13 decimal places?
Formatting
does not pass through the pipe from Access to Word. To fix it, on the Mail Merge toolbar select
"Merge to new document." The
new document will be text only and you can edit the individual fields just like
a regular document. Delete the
unnecessary decimal places.

has field names instead of numbers in the boxes.
On the
Tools menu, click Mail Merge... Click Merge...., or click the <<ABC>> button on the

Not all my traps are on the Trap
Summary report.
The report
uses the “To” box to determine what ship you trapped on. If it is blank or is not a ship, then it is
not counted.
